Renovations, Day 1: Demo!
I'm happy to tell you that the O'Neals are now homeowners! Yesterday we signed the papers (like, 100+, I'm sure) and today is the first day of renovations. Scott's dad and brother came down for the weekend to give us some much needed help. Here are a few pics from the first day!

You guys don't waste any time! I'll bet the ink hasn't dried on the papers yet. We're so glad you're here! Remember, if you need tools, Mike has two of everything---if he can just find them!

I am so excited that y'all are here now. Your house looks so neat and clean looking from the outside. Y'all did good! It's exciting to see the progress you are making and I'm anxious to following it while I'm gone for six weeks. I'm sure by the time I get back from TX and WA and then TX again, that y'all will be close to or already finished. Congratulations! Emily, I'm looking forward to hearing you play the piano again!
